Are your products physical or digital?
Most Soulful Wellness products sold through this website are digital, including guided workbooks, resets, bundles, and the Soulful Wellness soundtrack. They do not require physical shipping.
What happens after I buy a digital product?
Follow the download or access instructions provided with your order. If your access link does not arrive or does not open correctly, email soulfulwellness26@gmail.com and include the name or email used at checkout.
How do I schedule after purchasing coaching?
Email soulfulwellness26@gmail.com with the name or email used for your order and a few times that generally work for you. We will coordinate your session from there.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Digital products are generally non-refundable because they are delivered electronically. If you have an access problem or purchased the wrong item by mistake, contact us and we will do our best to help. For coaching, contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. If you purchased the wrong service, reach out before your session so we can help you find the right fit.
Where do I buy Calling My Power Home?
The physical book is purchased through Amazon. Use the Soulful Wellness Amazon link and Amazon will show the formats, price, shipping, and delivery options available for your location.
Where is the Soulful Wellness store available?
The Shopify store is currently set up for customers in the United States. Amazon determines where the physical book can be delivered.

No. Soulful Wellness offers digital tools, education, reflection, and supportive coaching. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or replace medical or mental health care. Medical decisions belong between you and a qualified healthcare professional.
