These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Soulful Wellness website and to purchases made through Soulful Wellness. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and services
Soulful Wellness offers digital products, coaching and educational services, affiliate recommendations, and select physical wellness products. Product availability, pricing, specifications, and supplier terms may change without notice.

Premium partner products
For many premium physical products, Soulful Wellness acts as the retailer while inventory and fulfillment are handled by the applicable brand or supplier partner. Shipping, freight delivery, installation, warranty, returns, technical support, and other product-specific terms may vary by manufacturer.

Soulful Wellness does not claim to be an “authorized dealer” or “authorized retailer” for a specific brand unless that status has been specifically confirmed.

Orders and payment
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, and applicable supplier restrictions. Soulful Wellness may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or supplier limitations. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods and delivery timing vary by product. Large or high-value products may ship by freight and may require a delivery appointment, curbside delivery, or special handling. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

Wellness and educational information
Soulful Wellness provides general wellness education and support. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace licensed medical care. Customers are responsible for deciding whether a product, service, or wellness practice is appropriate for them and for seeking professional guidance when needed.
