Come Back to You
Come Back to You
About this product
A gentle 7-day Soulful Wellness reset for the woman who has been showing up for everyone else and is ready to reconnect with herself again.
Come Back to You is a 7-day guided reset designed to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and reconnect with your own needs, voice, joy, boundaries, and sense of self.
Each day includes a morning check-in, reflection, journal prompt, one small action, and an evening check-in — all created to help you move from feeling disconnected to feeling more grounded, aware, and like yourself again.
Inside, you’ll explore:
• Where you are right now
• What you’ve been carrying
• What you actually need
• Where you may be abandoning yourself
• What makes you feel like you
• What you’re ready to choose differently
• How to keep coming back to yourself
Best fit: You are overwhelmed and want something small, gentle, and immediately doable instead of a long program.
Still not sure what you need? Start with the Where Are You Right Now? quiz.
This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about making space to hear yourself again.
